Refund Policy
1. Digital Nature of Goods
TRdesk provides immediate access to proprietary digital data, real-time charts, and analytical tools. Due to the nature of digital content, which can be consumed or utilized immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is strict to prevent abuse.
2. 14-Day Limited Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscribers only, subject to the following conditions:
- If you have not used the service: If you purchased a subscription and have not accessed the platform, loaded charts, or utilized our data feeds, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- If you have used the service: If our system logs indicate significant usage (eg, accessing premium indicators, extended sessions), no refund will be granted, as the digital value has been delivered.
3. No Refunds for Recurring Payments
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription. We do not offer refunds for renewal payments if you failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings to prevent future charges.
4. Technical Issues
In the rare event of a proven technical error where TRdesk was inaccessible for a significant duration (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our fault, we may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rated refund or extend your subscription period.
