3.User License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TRdesk for your personal, non-commercial use.

You strictly agree NOT to:

Resell or Redistribute Data: You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or resell our data, charts, or indicators to third parties.
Share Accounts: Subscription access is for a single user only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Automated Access: Use bots, spiders, or other automated means to access our services without our express written permission.

4. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

TRdesk provides data as-is and as-available. While we strive for accuracy, cryptocurrency market data is subject to latency and exchange errors. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRdesk and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss) resulting from your use of the service.

5. Subscription and Billing

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Failure to pay will result in the suspension of access.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
