Order Blocks

The last counter candle before the impulse that broke through the structure is a trace of a major player's limit positions. The price's return to the zone often triggers a reaction: this is a classic entry point. SMCThe indicator automatically finds blocks, marks tested (mitigated) blocks lighter, and removes broken ones.

Fair Value Gaps (FVG)

Three-candle imbalance: the wicks of the first and third candles don't overlap—the market moved through the range so quickly that it didn't generate any volume. The price is trying to return and "fill" the gap. The indicator draws zones and marks the filled ones in gray.

Market Structure (BOS/CHoCH)

Automatic structure markup: BOS (Break of Structure) - breakout of the swing along the trend, confirmation of continuation; CHoCH (Change of Character) — a breakout against the trend, the first reversal signal. Each event is labeled directly on the chart.

Liquidity Zones

Equal highs and lows are levels beyond which stop-loss orders accumulate. A major player removes this liquidity with a sharp puncture (sweep) before the actual move. The indicator finds such levels and holds them until the liquidity is removed.

What's happened Smart Money Concepts

Smart Money Concepts — an approach to reading a chart that looks not at classic patterns, but at the traces of large capital: where it gained a position (Order Blocks), where the market moved so fast that it left an imbalance (FVG), where the crowd stops (liquidity zones) lie and when the trend structure has actually broken down (BOS/CHoCH). The idea is simple: a major player needs liquidity from counterparties, so the price systematically gravitates toward clusters of stops and unfilled gaps.

On the crypto market SMC has taken root better than anywhere else: margin trading creates huge accumulations of stops and liquidations, and the 24-hour market leaves clear structural traces. The same zones are visible in our derivatives data: accumulations of liquidations on liquidation map often coincide with liquidity levels SMC - these are two views on the same mechanics.

Important fair disclaimer: SMC — is a market description language, not a guaranteed system. Zones and markings help structure entry and risk, but they don't replace position management. Backtest setups and don't trade every signal.

Basic setups SMC

Return to Order Block

After BOS wait for a pullback to the bullish up Order BlockEntry is the price reaction within the zone, stop is beyond the far edge of the block. The more recent the block and the sharper the impulse from it, the more reliable the test.

Filling FVG

An unfilled gap in the direction of the trend is a target map: the price often returns to the middle of the zone before continuing. A gap left behind against the trend is a magnet for a deep correction.

CHoCH + zone

The strongest combination: CHoCH (a break in the counter-trend structure) immediately after liquidity was removed beyond the equal high/low. The reversal was confirmed by both the structure and the accumulated liquidity.

Confluence with derivatives

SMC- a zone that coincided with the accumulation of liquidations on heatmap or density in glass, is the level seen by both schools of analysis. These zones are more frequently addressed.
